How long does the AI Maturity Assessment take?

Generally 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the number of systems and processes involved. You receive a written report with prioritized recommendations and an estimated return on investment — not a sales pitch to sell more services.

Do we have to implement everything you recommend?

No. The Assessment is a standalone deliverable. Some clients use it themselves, others return for the Construction phase on a specific process, and others implement it gradually.

Will AI make decisions on its own?

No. Every workflow we build includes checkpoints with human oversight for anything critical — approvals, exceptions, and special cases are directed to a person, never resolved automatically.

What happens if an LLM provider changes models or an API goes down?

This is exactly what the Managed AI Operations subscription covers. We monitor outages, update prompts as models evolve, and adjust the system to keep it running without you having to notice.

Do we need our own technical team for maintenance?

Not necessarily. Subscription clients generally do not need in-house AI expertise — we provide ongoing maintenance. If you already have an internal team, we can also work alongside them.

Can this work with our existing systems, or do we need to replace them?
